Liposomal vitamin C is far better absorbed than regular tablets, so you can get a lot more into your system. This product is very effective for boosting immune system function or aiding recovery. The taste isn't too bad, but easily hidden in juice. Liposomal products will never be cheap I'm afraid, but they are superior.
