It is bulky but holds little liquid. The top which is about 1/3 of the bottle cannot be filled. The strap gets in the way when drinking and when filling the straw makes it awkward to open fully. Unfortunately just to complete matters I accidentally dropped it on the gym floor and the top smashed rendering it unusable after only a couple of weeks.
