I used it on an older Audi V6 petrol that had been stored for about six months. Idle was a bit erratic and it was down on power, not unsurprisingly. I used the first bottle starting with a 150 mile run with 40 litres of 99 ron fuel, second bottle with another 40 litres followed by a full tank of 80 litres with the final two bottles and I can only say that it has really improved the car. Idle is much better and the power is definitely up, especially in the mid-range where it was well down. Maybe it was this additive, maybe it was my spirited driving, maybe it was the better quality fuel. Or maybe all three? But the car runs 100% better so I'm happy that the additive had a part to play in that. When you first start your car, after this additive has been added of course, it has a distinctive thinner or varnish like smell coming from the exhaust after a few days which means that the stuff works. After at least 100 or so miles there is a noticeable difference. The RPM on my car was erratic and at 1000. After 360 miles of driving the RPM has returned to normal at 750 and constantly stable.
