I actually look forward to using them each night because they are soft against my gums and are pleasant to use (unlike even the best dental floss) and are great about removing any food particles stuck between my teeth. They are reusable, too, and I use one a week, just rinsing it off after each use and letting it air dry until the next day. The level of plaque and tartar on my teeth is less now, and the hygienist is much happier working on my teeth (and I don't dread the regular cleanings as much as I used to because there is less work for the hygienist to do to clean out tartar). One bag of these lasts me about half a year. I think they are well worth the price.
