It works well and I don’t eat regularly but is effective. The pills are big is size no doubt , leaves behind a flavour of fennel seeds in mouth and I love it. It’s a good product to have and eating vegetables helps too. Review: This works when nothing else did - IBS , I can hardly eat anything due to major stomach issues. Allergies to most carbs and fibres. I'm on a diet of chicken and pork and this has been a saviour for fibre and calming the gut.
