Review: These are great! - I have tried different types of products for paper/file organization, to include filing cabinets, banker boxes, and fabric filing boxes. Filing cabinets are too bulky, and normal home-sized ones don't offer enough space. Banker boxes are spendy, and I don't feel cardboard is completely protected against the elements, especially when living in wet/humid climates. Fabric filing boxes are the least durable of these options, can't be easily cleaned, and the fabric is easy to damage. They are also way overpriced for what you get. These plastic filing boxes are so awesome, and just what I needed. They come in a pack of 4, and are a good size. File folders move with ease, something that fabric boxes sometimes miss the mark on, and banker boxes don't have. The lids close easily and securely. They evenly stack for closet storage, or even better for my purpose, they are easily slid under a bed. I got the black ones, which may not be as visually appealing to some, but I did notice it isn't the only colored offered. I didn't really mind the black option, and it was less expensive as well. The price on these is a great deal, and after having purchased and used them, I would have gladly paid more for such a space efficient, high quality, and durable product. 5/5 would recommend. I received 2 day shipping, and the product arrived in perfect condition. If I find myself in need of more file storage, I know exactly what product I will be buying.

**Q: Is this 1 box with 4 pieces or 4 seperate boxes?**
A: This is for 4 separate boxes (Set of 4).

**Q: A cover arrived broken, how can I get a replacement?  I just need 1 replacement cover, everything else was fine**
A: Complain to seller & good luck... it's hard to get these without lids or something else broken.  A terrible waste, really, when some packing material might easily eliminate breakage in shipping.

**Q: One of my lids was damaged upon arrival, Is it possible to get a replacement lid or do I need to do a return for all the boxes and lids?**
A: return them all and reorder...it's pot luck.

**Q: One is broken. Can I get it replaced please?**
A: Yes when they shipped mine to me i had three lids broken. I was very upset that they did not take more care. Just use the return procedure to request replacement of the exact same item. DO NOT RETURN yet until you receive the next box and inspect all the items. The next delivery may have some broken items. Do a Mix and Match until you have four complete unbroken lids and bottoms.

The boxes are nice, but they come somewhat unprotected in a large box that is marked "fragile", but has no protection for the file boxes. As a result, I got 3 good ones and one broken one.
