Review: Better flow than expected. - I bought this for a hand washing sink in a van. When I first opened it, it whistled loudly with each squeeze and I thought "oh no!" But the pump works silently when there is water going through it. It pushes a lot more water through with each pump than I expected which is great. You really have a lot of control over the flow if you are trying to reduce water waste, ie push down a little slower or faster to change the flow. The pump feels pretty rugged and I think should get quite a few miles out of it. Has screw holes to mount it which is a nice touch. Once I have the pipework full of water, thanks to the pump, I quickly disconnect pipes from the pump and reconnect to pipes that go onto wherever I want the water, at a lower level. Most times I manage to convert the flow of water into a gravity fed syphon, sometimes I have to have a second attempt. Perhaps you could set up something similar.
