**Q: It looks small - can you feed 6/8 people cooking on this? Thanks**
A: It has 2 racks so depending on what your BBQing it should feed 6/8 people no problem, but bear in mind this type of BBQ is designed for low and slow cooking for normal BBQing I would say this has a small grilling surface.

**Q: Am i setting this up wrong? The water tray isnt accessible from the door?**
A: Setup from bottom to top, fire bowl, water bowl, 1st grill rack,top grill rack and the water bowl isn't accessible from the door.

**Q: Is this unit thick strong sturdy metal or flimsy please? Thanks.**
A: Hi, its strong and sturdy and a good powdercoat finish. Change temp gauge, drill holes in the sides of the charcoal pan and seal the door with tinfoil or hi temp gasket and its good to go. Not as much of a hassle as it sounds. This little mods turn it into a smoker that would cost a lot more. Did a whole chinese rubbed smoked chicken las night on a six hour smoke.... was good!

**Q: I have put this together, but for some reason the air vents when used turn the screw as well, with then comes loose, have i done something wrong?**
A: Slacken the screws off slightly if that doesn't help try adding a small washer to each one.

The horizontal ones on mine do this but I don't use them I stick to the 4 round ones & those work fine as is. Good luck
