## Questions & Answers

**Q: How low should I allow ink to go before refilling? Do I have to use whole bottle during refill? How do I reset ink level in software for ET2550?**
A: visually check the tank levels for each colour.  The ink should be above the lower line on the tank casing. You do not have to use the whole bottle during refill but, because the ink quality will decrease once the ink is exposed to air, ensure that you screw the bottle lid down tightly, store upright and use the remaining ink as soon as possible.  If you leave the refill task until the ink level is close to the lower line the tank will take the full bottle during refill.

**Q: Is this ink suitable for the eco tank et-4550 printer?**
A: I think the only difference between 774 and 664 is the size. The 4550 printer has a large black ink capacity. If anything, the inks are the same- just the tops are different. I syringed the remaining ink from our 664 bottles when I replaced the printer with different eco tank model and put it into the printer tanks

**Q: Do i have to have "amazon dash replenishment " to buy this?**
A: Don't know, but I don't have dash replenishment to buy it

**Q: can i use this on epson xp 304 please**
A: Hello Paul, No these are only meant for the Ecotank that has refillable ink tanks. XP-304 has ink cartridges that are not refillable. Kind Regards.

I have my eco printer for years. Keep to the origial ink brand. It is so much more buck for your money! Print Quality really good! For photos and for documents. Just use the right paper.
