They’re also really easy to use, just open the packet and attach the ‘ear hooks’ over your ears and they automatically warm right up, which also gently releases the scent. I’ve been using these before bed and have been sleeping really deeply because of it, although I couldn’t say how long they stay warm for as always fall asleep before they cool down! But definitely a minimum of 30 mins. The only con is that even with the ear hooks, you need to lie flat otherwise they don’t cover your eyes. I think these would be great before a night out or just getting home from work if you need a bit of rejuvenation, or if you had a migraine/headache.
