You know the feeling when you know something is wrong but you cannot quite put your finger on it and start blaming yourself for lack of an alternative? This will put it all in perspective and call out a hidden epidemic of abuse.. Modern life is saturated with this kind of malaise and yet on the outside it seems as if nothing is wrong...Well this book brings well needed clarity and yes rage to the situation.
