Will start corroding in about a year with exterior use. **Q: Are these really chisel points like the photo shows?** A: No. The 1/4 & 3/8 have the angled ends for better penetration. The 1/2 have the chisel point. FYI, the "chisel point" is what most people call the flat ends, not the pointed ends. But the shipper did not tape the ends of the box and shipped them in a soft bubble mailing pouch. The result was a box open on both ends with several hundred loose (and totally useless) staples.
