These poachers totally transformed my ability to make poached eggs. They’re easy to clean, work every time, fold up for storage, and two do fit in a bigger pan. Some people talk about the egg white escaping - not fresh enough eggs. I never EVER write reviews but I felt like this product is actually excellent so wanted to support it. Highly recommended. Review: Okay ish - They are okay, not perfect as a lot of the egg whites escape from the holes so end up with a much smaller poached egg than expected. The area to hold the egg whilst it cooks is also oversized, could probably fit 2 eggs inside but then it might be cooked through and my eggs are definitely not small ones. I ended up with 2 yolks and very little white! Thanks** A: Before you drop the egg in, add a teaspoon of white wine vinegar down the centre hole. Make sure that the water is NOT bubbling fast as this will dissipate the white! You should only have one or two bubbles coming up to the surface.
