Review: Excellent daylight reading lamp. - This lamp was a bit complex to assemble, and you need to carefully read the instructions. However, once it is assembled and working, it is truly excellent. The "goose neck" is very flexible, the lamp is bright and with a beautiful blueish daylight colour. There is no option to dim this light, but I am fine with that, as I really wanted a bright daylight-colour reading lamp. I have only had it for a couple of weeks, but it seems very well made and very reliable. I would rate this lamp very highly, and I am thinking of getting another one for somewhere else in our house.
Review: Strong bright and sturdy lamp - I am very pleased with my purchase. I was looking to replace my Ottelite floor lamp I’d had for over 20 years. The reason I chose this lamp was because the base was off centre and made the long flexi lamp stable. I did find the assembly tricky with the wires going through the tubes and joining the base with the weight of the head on top. Now it’s ready for use I’m am very pleased, the light is very bright but wish I could dim it a little

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the cost of the replacement bulb for this lamp**
A: Dear Brenda,Thank you for your interest. The bulbs can be bought on Amazon, the cost of 1 is approximately £6.50.

**Q: which relacement bulbs do i need for a kenley natural daylight floor lamp???**
A: My Kenley has a specification printed next to the bulb: FML 27. (27 is the wattage.) That brought up plenty of examples on Amazon. However, I think - I am not sure - that some of the bulbs have four pins and some two. Obviously you have to get the right one for your Kenley. Th bulbs are easy enough to remove and check. Good luck. Buying bulbs is a pain in the neck.

**Q: Hi, is this lamp suitable for someone with macular degeneration? Looking for a lamp for someone who's partially sighted.**
A: I brought this for my mother and myself who both have reduced vision and it's excellent. It doesn't seem to give out alot of light but is a daylight bulb so it's a clear light to see with. I had a lamp previously with 3 x halogen bulbs and this is by far much better . Hope this helps.

**Q: What type of screwdriver is required to remove the head of this lamp? regards, dr l macintyre**
A: I simply unscrewed one of the screws with a small Philip head screw driver, there are six such screws on the lamp, four in the bulb housing and two more on the collar, I only released one screw to find out what type of screws they were. Hope this answers your question.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality of the light
*by A***N on 13 November 2024*

I am very pleased with this lamp. It is a very bright and a strong light but it is not harsh. I was wanting a daylight light to use in the winter. I think I feel better already. The quality of the workmanship is good the finish is good and it’s a very robust lamp however the assembly instructions are very poor in some places incorrect. However, it’s fairly logical how it should be assembled so with a bit of Care it can be done. I would certainly buy one again if needed. An important point also is that the light bulb can be replaced and the replacement is available in Amazon
