There are jokes for all ages in these books, both written, pictorial and circumstancial jokes as well as strong story lines and clever plots, some of which are based on fact. There are jokes and facts in these books that maybe you didn't get or didn't realise as a child and so reading them again as an adult is a pleasure. Dare I say that these books are educational as well, so its good for kids, although it may be difficult sometimes to differentiate between fact and fiction but overall these are far from the wrong books for children (and adults) to read.
