Review: Great purchase! - Amazing cage. My cat is scared of his carrier and would always panic and hurt himself and cry trying to get out. And was impossible to get him in and out. So looked for one like this and its so much better! So easy to just lift him in, its strong and sturdy, you can take the tray out and clean it, i put a cat bed inside to make it cosy. He can see out and has so much room. Has made going to the vet so much less stressful. Would definitely recommend! Its pricey but so worth it as it will last me such a long time. Better than fiddling with one of those plastic clip carriers ever again. Great purchase thankyou!

**Q: Will the handle take a seat belt to secure carrier in car?**
A: Yes I would definately say the seat belt will fit through the carrier handle.  The carrier is great...very secure.

**Q: Will this take a 7 kg cat? - he is about 40 cm long not including tail and his chest is about 15cm wide- he is an ex- tom!**
A: Our cat is 7,5kg and a big longer than yours and he fits in fine.

**Q: Is it strong enough for a 7kg cat ?**
A: I would like to think so. My two cats are pretty hefty but I always carry the case with 2 arms to keep them sturdy, wouldn't want the handle or lid to fail and have them run off. Try the manufacturer perhaps?

**Q: Is this cage collapsible?**
A: No, it isn't.  It's a very strong cage but just for carrying.  I have a separate larger cage that is collapsible.  Be warned the security bar on the carry cage falls out easily if you don't close it with the hook firmly.

Very good quality item, similar to what the professional rescuer's use. I did look at the direct manufacturer of these but they had some (unfortunately) a payment processing issue so I came here instead. The one supplied here also includes a tray vs the other options of bare or with a base sheet. The cage itself is easy to use too and quite large enough for most domestic cats.
