Designed specifically for motorsports enthusiasts, it securely holds large smartphones from top brands while minimizing shake during high-speed driving, making it ideal for filming and tracking lap times across various racing disciplines. ## Description The APEX Pro Motorsports Phone Mount was designed in-house by APEX Pro for the demands and rigors of motorsports activities. The strong suction base is rated for 5 pounds. Holding your phone securely is no problem! The sleek anodized aluminum phone holder is adjustable and can hold the largest smart phones currently available on the market. This mount is designed to shake less while filming than other phone mounts. Other phone mounts use magnets or insufficient clamps. We designed this mount to withstand abuse at high speeds and g-forces on the race track so filming backroad drives or holding your phone during your commute is no problem! In our testing we have found the iPhone 13, iPhone 12, and iPhone 6S to have the best stabilization for in-car filming. You can use the phone mount to film video and display lap times on your phone for a variety of motorsports applications like road racing, track days, drifting, autocross, rallycross, and hill climbs! This mount fits a variety of devices including phones from Apple, Samsung, Google, LG, Motorola, Sony, and more! Review: This is great for recording track sessions! - I bought this to hold my phone for video recording of my track sessions. Since we run with the windows down, I need it be hold my phone securely so that it does not come loose and fly around the cabin when I'm at speed or out of the open windows. I ended up liking it mounted from my sunroof so that the perspective is more interesting and this mount had no problem hanging from that either. It holds my phone securely and stable. This was recommended to me by a buddy and I also will give my recommendation for this product. Review: The silver bullet of phone mounts - The Apex Pro Motorsport Phone Mount is a silver bullet solution for mounting a phone, iPhone, android, or other to your car. This phone mount is made of really high quality materials, far better than other mounts I’ve purchased from desertcart. This is not the last phone mount I will buy only because I’m buying more for my other cars. I use this in my Porsche 911 to record mountain drives, track driving, navigation around town, safe hands free driving, and for long distance highway driving. I love it, and because of the suction cup I can use this works for every car in my garage. ## Features - Rugged Design - Minimizes Shakiness When Filming - Water Resistance Level : Water_Resistant ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B09YWN8WGM | | Additional Features | Adjustable | | Best Sellers Rank | #93,249 in Cell Phones & Accessories ( See Top 100 in Cell Phones & Accessories ) #4,268 in Cell Phone Automobile Cradles | | Brand | APEX Pro | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | Smartphones | | Compatible Phone Models | Samsung, iPhone | | Compatible with Vehicle Type | Automobile | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 39 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Aluminum | | Item Weight | 15 ounces | | Manufacturer | APEX Pro | | Model Name | APEXPM-1 | | Model Number | APEXPM-1 | | Mounting Type | Windshield | | Special Feature | Adjustable | | UPC | 196852048601 | | Warranty Description | 30 days from date of purchase | | Water Resistance Level | Water Resistant | | Weight Capacity Maximum | 5 pounds | ## Product Details - **Brand:** APEX Pro - **Color:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** Smartphones - **Compatible Phone Models:** Samsung, iPhone - **Mounting Type:** Windshield ## Images ![Motorsport Phone Mount: Track Days, Drag Racing, Autocross, Drifting, Off Roading, Rally, Rallycross, and More! - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31hyxqDxnvL.jpg) ![Motorsport Phone Mount: Track Days, Drag Racing, Autocross, Drifting, Off Roading, Rally, Rallycross, and More! - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31wHJ2CyRvL.jpg) ![Motorsport Phone Mount: Track Days, Drag Racing, Autocross, Drifting, Off Roading, Rally, Rallycross, and More! - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31fzENe8WBL.jpg) ![Motorsport Phone Mount: Track Days, Drag Racing, Autocross, Drifting, Off Roading, Rally, Rallycross, and More! - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41mpAY9x2HL.jpg) ![Motorsport Phone Mount: Track Days, Drag Racing, Autocross, Drifting, Off Roading, Rally, Rallycross, and More! - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31Quhj1kDJL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is great for recording track sessions! *by P***S on July 13, 2025* I bought this to hold my phone for video recording of my track sessions.
