A: Yes, the SmartGuard Anti-Snore Device is FDA cleared for Over the Counter use to reduce snoring for adults 18 years and older. See 510k submission: K200657 on FDA website.

**Q: Could you, in theory be able to wear a clear Invisalign retainer with this at night?**
A: We haven't tested the Anti-Snore device with retainers.  It might work for you.  You can purchase the device and try it out.  If it doesn't work, you can contact us for a full refund.

**Q: How do I tell which is the upper and which is the lower?  I don't see any markings.**
A: Hello Steven,

The Lower arch has the brackets (where you push the bars into) near the front arch part of the device. The Upper arch has the brackets near the very back part of the device.
