My understanding was that the product was "NEW". The seller contacted me to tell me she gave the product to a "roommate" and that the product was "USED". Had I know this product was used from the start, I would never have considered even looking at it. Don't bother with this seller. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Five Stars *by V***O on Reviewed in the United States on December 8, 2015* It's work great I had brought at the mall. And I really like it ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars They are getting ready to open a second store in Nashville at Cool Springs. Save your money and see someone not ... *by J***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2018* Pressured sale, no return policy, just reported them to BBB. Can't find license in the store of anyone who touched my face. Spent a lot of money, and can't find any clinical testing to back up the term "facelift" If I recall, its illegal. They are getting ready to open a second store in Nashville at Cool Springs. Save your money and see someone not high pressure, and truthful. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48791017-gold-elements-skin-care-facial-kit-and-free-express-facial](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/48791017-gold-elements-skin-care-facial-kit-and-free-express-facial) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
