**Q: what is the weight of this product please**
A: I don't really know the actual weight ???, having never weighed it, but its no heavier than any other 18volt drill.I have arthritis in my wrists and fingers and have no problems using it, bearing in mind it is a DIY tool and not a professional piece of equipment.

**Q: Can I buy another battery charging unit for this drill ?**
A: Yes, we have just listed them up on Amazon under item number B073WX4L8C and the first lot of stock is already on the way to the Amazon fulfilment centre. We also stock replacement batteries under Amazon item number B071KWJCLY.

**Q: Can this drill holes on outside wall**
A: I have not used it for drilling brickwork. It should be able too, but it will be slow without the option for hammer action.

**Q: Can it be used for masonry i.e. putting shelves up on brick walls?**
A: The simple answer is yes!! But it really helps if you use the correct drill bit (the piece that actually makes the holes). I have used mine on brick and plaster but might struggle on a concrete wall.
