In fact, it won't be unlikely that it would not bond effectively if you remove it once it has been stuck to a surface once. The kit has plenty replacement parts. So, if you want to move a part that won't bond strongly enough, simply throw it away and replace it with a new one. Just know that this is not recommended. For what I can see, the adhesive part is manufactured by 3M which is the best there is in this field. But even 3M products have their limits. The main problem is that contaminants (particulates) will adhere to the glue permanently. So, when you remove the tape from a surface, there will be less, uncontaminated surface on the tape to adhere to another surface. If the original surface was "dirty" enough, most likely the second time you try to stick the part into a different surface, there will be not enough uncontaminated glue to strongly bond to this new area. So, it is not a question of the quality of the glue or tape.
