I baked in it the first time yesterday. And the cake didn't come out. Non stick coating is not a very quick release type like in other high end bake ware like Nordic Ware (although the prices are comparable). When the cake finally came out after a lot of tricks and tips it wasn't smooth and was broken at the edges. I used butter and flour to line the pan but still I didn't get the results as expected.
