**Q: Does it fit a 14” laptop (hp pavilion)?**
A: The measurements are 13" L x 5.13" W x 14" H.

**Q: Is this bag waterproof? Or at least water resistant? Just want to make sure my laptop doesn't get damaged should it rain whilst I'm walking outside.**
