Some more painful than others and if you’ve ever accidentally slept on that side or your big daft dog clouts you with its paw you know about it. This is brilliant, I use it after a water/sea salt mix. Remember, always use sea salt and not everyday salt as that irritates because it’s not pure salt. Tip I learnt the hard way :( This stuff is soothing, eases pain and keeps it moisturised. The bottle is small but a little goes A LONG way.
