As a bedroom it has things like windows which I didn't want to cover with a wardrobe, and made it so I didn't want to use a shelf that needed support by walls on either side, but I needed a LOT of hanging space, and something sturdy as I have a LOT of clothes and am a huge klutz. These worked perfectly. They were easy to install, I could space them to perfectly fit along the wall without covering my windows. I like that the height of the rods was adjustable as I have some pretty long shirts/hoodies. They are sturdy- I wouldn't use them like monkey bars, but they hold up my wardrobe with no trouble and even have space to spare, which is something that no walk in closet has succeeded in. The only thing is they aren't the nicest looking solution. They don't look bad, but they obviously aren't fancy built ins. (However the quote I got for built ins to cover the same space was over a thousand dollars, so money well saved in my opinion.) I do think it would be nice if they came in a solid black or even better a wood grain look. However, they do what I want, and do it better than I had hoped for. I was expecting this to be an interim solution until I could spend the time/money to put in a nice built in, but these work so well I think I will be using them permanently.
