Do not put directly on the skin. We have found that these drops work wonders for adults as well. These drops are pure essential oil and should not be put directly onto the skin. It really helps me drift off back to sleep too after being disturbed because being in my third trimester of pregnancy I usually lie awake for hours trying to get back to sleep at 3 or 4 in the morning! Just a drop or two onto a stuffed toy left in the cot away from baby's face and a couple of drops on my pillow (again, away from your face as it's quite strong).
