I.e clean and jerk etc?** A: I do a clean and press for bodypump using 7kg on each end and it keeps coming loose either on end or middle as I do it. Fine doing chest press upright row etc **Q: Can you put all 30kg on one bar?** A: No - there isn’t enough room for all of the plates **Q: Can you fill and empty them with sand?** A: Yes **Q: Is ethier end of the bar supposed to be different sizes or are they supposed to be equal in length?** A: They are equal in length. This weight set is ideal for my personal use and individual needs. They are used with an adjustable weight lifting bench. When connecting the two Dumbbell Bars with the central connector I noticed the two bars were flexing downwards with a slight bend. Both bars were screwed in tight end to end.This bending was slight but visible. If used for repetition I feared that this would/could lead to failure at the central connector-over time with lots of reps. This is just a personal opinion and I would recommend using a single bar for bench pressing. With the central connector the bar is not long enough for my work- bench. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for such a cheap price *by M***O on 22 May 2020* Good value for money , weights are nice but the bar is very uncomfortable to hold, not a problem if you have gloves or use for a short period of time. Also the bar has started to bend a bit after only 6 weeks of use or so. Overall good product for a low price, don’t expect Too much though and you will be pleased ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good set of weights and great supplier *by H***E on 11 April 2021* This is a really good set of weights, really useful as barbells and dumbels. . The extended pole can be a bit flexible but seems to be sturdy. This was a present for my son who has used them often since receiving them. . As other have commented the only real challenge is that they come packaged in a small cardboard box which makes them heavy to lift when they arrive and also easily damaged, especially if the box gets wet. Ours were left on our doorstep by the delivery man and were rained on which caused the box to split. A couple of weights were slightly marked as a result and we nearly lost one of the weights as we live on a hill and it rolled next door! We did find all the elements eventually and the supplier was fantastic. Not only did they sent us a spare couple of connectors because I wasn’t sure we had everything but they also gave us a discount. They dealt with our problem professionally and quickly despite it being the busy Christmas period.
