The only difference was the font on the container. It’s basically identical. I can’t speak for the formula because I don’t own the Dior one, but it feels really plush and moisturizing on the lips. It’s not sticky at all and leaves a very sheer color on the lips, so it’s basically clear. It has a slight minty taste to it, similar to the romand glasting water glosses but much less overpowering. The stopper is also too small for the applicator so it can be hard to get out sometimes.
