Too big. **Q: I like the system and especially the XL pods. My question is about the caffeine content? I never feel jittery drinking coffee but have with these.** A: I don’t know what the caffeine content is, but I actually think there is a good chance the larger pods are actually double shots. If you look up the European market they call the large pods double shots, not just “regular” coffee. But I could be wrong. Regardless, you could try diluting it down with hot water and reducing the number of pods you drink to reduce the jittery effect. Or drink a lighter coffee pod (For example, like the yellow pod instead of the black one) **Q: Are the coffee size capsules compatible with the Kuerig?** A: If you have a Keurig and want to experience L’Or coffee without the machine, get yourself a reusable Keurig pod and open the L’Or capsule and fill the pod. The coffee is sublime. Very Dutch and very good. Might I say, tre bon. **Q: What size capsules are these?** A: We offer two types of L’OR capsules: Coffee and Espresso. L’OR Coffee capsules are only compatible with the L’OR BARISTA System, and can brew coffee in 5 oz, 8 oz, and 12 oz. L’OR Espresso capsules brew a single shot of espresso.
