However, it was actually too small, though the little key chain helped. That probably seems a little silly, but a lot of modern flash drives are so small that they're easy to misplace. This device isn't much larger, but the small difference does help. I've included some pictures showing the packaging, size and size difference, versus the aforementioned flash drive. My ultrabook and phone both utilise USB Type-C, so I saw no real reason to bother with the older port. I mostly rely on Google Drive and only have a flash drive for reinstalling Ubuntu and a virtual machine image in the event of wiping my laptop. The only thing I'd really fault about this flash drive is the protective plastic casing,as it feels a little flimsy. Aside from that, pricing is reasonable, it's not *too* small and performs well. I initially bought this to tranfer files between my PC and Steam Deck and for that, it has been great. The one criticism I can level at the drive is that with prolonged used, mostly when writing files, it gets hot.
