Very solid piece of equipment.I followed the recipe (but halved everything as didn’t need a huge amount of biscuits. I also added some vanilla extract into the milk volume to add a bit of flavour. I’d say if anything the mix is very slightly too moist.To make them come out better I set it to number 2, press once and lift quite quickly straight up. I cooked them on 180 (no conventional oven) and baked for 10 minutes in a preheated oven. They cook really quickly so keep an eye on them. I then put blackberry jam to put two together or chocolate in the middle and they really taste great. Think I might try some amendments to the recipe to make the flavour even better but a great start.Overall I’d say it’s a great too to make cute looking biscuits.
