I find the flare style to work for me. Generous width. Old style but found them on amazon Rokkit fits ok but it's tighter. Novy works well for me also. **Q: Do you have these in a 8 1/2 ?** A: They don’t come in 1/2 sizes **Q: wide foot** A: Fit flop shoes have 2 different shoe bases. The original one is wider. I usually wear a 6 1/2 and wear a 7 in these shoes. The newer shoe base is more narrow and some styles do not work on wide feet. I don't own this style but have tried it on in a store and they fit my wide feet very well. These are the best shoes ever! **Q: Does it fit to the size** A: Yes I find they do. Sandals were great but I ordered a size larger for snowboots and they too were the perfect size. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These shoes are made for walking! *by K***. on August 5, 2018* Elegant, versatile style that goes great with slacks, jeans and dresses. This one has a streamlining effect and makes my wide feet look narrower, which I love. The bling dresses it up real cute, but not over the top.I'm a BIG fan of fitflops for about 12yrs...They are just so comfortable! I probably have 7-8prs, including the mukluk style(my second pair of those, because i tore the first pair with a spud fork in the garden. And the desert style boot which is is un-lined sued and great for hiking. You can guess I seldom wear anything else on my feet, unless super formal (or in the garden!).Been a size 7-7.5 but now getting older -my feet have widened. Yet in these I'm still fine with 7's --except for the faux fur lined boot, because they run slightly wide and high in the arch. Perfect for me. This Rokkit, like all my others, is amazing to walk in. I am a walker and do a lot of hills at a fast pace. These are my favorite walking shoe of all the Fitflops I've owned. They go at least a mile a day up and down the quiet hilly streets around me, no matter how steep. without slipping or making slapping noises. It takes a much longer walk or a super long day on cement floors for my feet to ever to feel the duress, and then it's still mild compared to all the best shoes which have passed thru my closet before them. I can't even remember the last time I just needed a sit down to put my feet up... There is something about fitflops that takes all the shock out of pounding the pavement and even better than that they somehow give me momentum that feels like the boost of the wind at my back. I just want to keep going. This Rokkit Slide Dress Sandal is their best as far as I'm concerned.. I've been wearing mine all summer nearly every day and love how it has held up.And one more bonus... I like how it covers up part of my toes so they do not look so long! lol ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice! Note, Black ones were new, Silver ones were used *by D***R on October 31, 2020* I have several pairs of FitFlops and have been wearing them for years. This style runs a little small on length, but not in width. I normally wear a 7 or 7.5, I had to get size 8 in this style. I got 2 pairs, black and silver. The black are new and in perfect condition. The silver are used, probably returns. They are worn, stretched out, dirty and re-boxed into a plain box with no wrapping. Not happy at all about that. This review is for the black pair. I took away 1 star due to them running small. I now have 4 pairs of FitFlops and this pair is the most comfortable. I especially like that they do NOT go between my toes, like a pair of flops and they have a 'sparkly' look to them.
