I was willing to try anything as I has been diagnosed with IBS and had constant pain at different levels and a gnawing pain on a constant basis to the right of my belly button. I took the gel for 3days and then I felt as if my bowels were rumbling and gurgling all the time and I was back and forward to the toilet all day and was passing the gel, its as if it was sweeping through me, and I had pain but it was bearable. I felt my intestines had did a work out and it felt as everything had stretched. So I said I will never take that stuff again and was going to throw the bottle in the bin.
