I am pleased with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product *by A***E on 30 October 2023* It's made my formulation experience a breeze! ### ⭐⭐ Wouldn't calibrate, UK warranty worthless. *by P***S on 13 February 2024* So I went through (or tried to go through) the calibration procedure on receiving my PH60S. It refused to calibrate, with the reading continually jumping round by over a hundred times it's claimed accuracy. I went through the troubleshooting guide - no joy, so raised a support issue with their main office in the USA. They handed the issue over to Germany, who handles support & warranty issues for Europe. They just advised me to return it, as the import/export duties to get it repaired or replaced (they have no service centre in the UK) would have been about £30 each way - so approx £60 for a warranty replacement.
