At emergency I got accurate readings from the hospital oxymeter. The inaccurate readings caused me stress and a trip to emergency. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IT MEASURES HEART RATE AND OXYGEN SATURATION VERY ACCURATELY *by D***R on June 14, 2024* I had the opportunity, this last week, to compare this devices accuracy against one at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City as I had a family member admitted with a serious condition and took the opportunity to compare this with those at the hospital, and the measurements were almost exact! This meter is a great value for the price and works as well as ones costing in the hundreds of dollars. I can highly recommend this to anyone needing an accurate measurement of ones heart rate and oxygen saturation. ### ⭐ Pretty colors, ... but that's about it *by M***E on June 13, 2024* Like others have notes, the accuracy is not very good. Gives lower readings than actual, and takes forEVER to get a reading, sometimes "timing out" before a reading displays. Also does NOT have the automatic direction sensing 4-way 360 degree reading as described, it's up or down only, not sideways. If it worked OK, I wouldn't really care on that aspect. But this thing is not even good for a paperweight.
