I know what kimchi is supposed to taste like. I know what good, and bad, kimchi is. That said, I have to say that this is probably the absolutely BEST tasting kimchi I have found in the states. Restaurants, canned, and glass-fermented store bought stuff was pretty decent, but not nearly as good as this one. And it came in a bag from desertcart. I was just as surprised as you may be doubtful. But trust me on this, this was really, really good. I found myself constantly throughout the day just grabbing this out of the fridge with a fork in hand just for a couple more mouthfuls. It really is awesome! The health benefits of kimchi is just icing on the cake. There is almost no reason you shouldn't be adding this into your healthy eating regimen. A, B, C, K...probiotics it is there. I know that perhaps it is an acquired taste, and I would agree with you. It took me a couple times trying it at first...but once you have some good kimchi it is hard to beat. Give it a shot!
