I had a knee orif surgery and I’m now getting help with physio I spoke with my physio about these balls and they are truly helping me with doing the knee flexion and knee extension exercises. I love Pilates and these balls are great for using at home the only thing is I guess you need to know what you're doing but there is plenty to look up online, here's to a flat tummy!
