I do think is very complet, for a nice price. There is a thermometer very well packed with instructions, I tested it following the instructions and it worked as expected. There are 2 fertility tests, and 20 ovulation tests both with proper instructions. I do think some people say the tests were all, or most of them faulty, because they don't read the intructions carefully, and then if something seems to be wrong everybody should review step by step the instructions.
