As a book this is really good but as an ebook it is pretty pointless as the pages require you to write or colour in the mandalas etc .That being said I have bought a really nice journal that I will use for the positive affirmations exercises, I can forego the mandalas.The beginning is filled with information on how to stay motivated, how affirmations, music and mandalas heal which I found really interesting, then you have tons of pages to complete the exercises (or in case of eBook format lots of empty pages!) I will need to purchase this in paperback to get the full effect but as of now my notebook will do.

Ideas are good but the quality of the paper is poor so it's not as pleasant to write in as it might have been. I had wanted to give it as a present but decided against it for this reason. However I've quite enjoyed using it but you can only use biro type pens in it.
