A: THIS IS A BISCUIT CUTTER. IT ACTUALLY MAKES THE SLIT IN THE WOOD THAT YOU WANT TO JOIN. IT DOESN'T COME WITH THE ACTUAL WOODEN BISCUITS, YOU HAVE TO BUY THOSE SEPARATELY.
