Where can I buy extra cymbal for this kit?** A: Alesis support here! For additional pads, please contact our parts team at parts@inmusicbrands.com. **Q: Got the Alesis headphones for this, but it’s not loud at all. Volume knob is all the way up on the module.. am I missing something?** A: Our volume was also low. Changed the settings per internet research (apparently it's a very common problem), still really unsatisfactory. Ended up buying an amp and now it rocks, but shouldn't have to spend another $300 just to use the kit... **Q: Can these be played through an amplifier?** A: Hi, Alesis support here! Yes, our Surge Mesh Kit features 1/4" TRS stereo outputs for connectivity with an amplifier. I suggest using our Strike Amp 8, this would be a great addition to use with this kit! **Q: Can the module be hooked up to the pc to import sounds?** A: Alesis support here! The module can be hooked up to the PC, but it's only to allow your kit to be used as a MIDI pad controller. With the PC connection, you can't import sounds into the module.
