If the support is too far down then no their legs just hang straight. **Q: The clasp at the back always seems to ride up to my neck. It doesn’t stay at shoulder blade level. What am I doing wrong?** A: I found this to be the same problem for me. It’s the posture of the body I’m guessing. If you stand straight enough it should be ok.
