They really need to rename them.The pack is flat and arrives in an envelope. It is not puffy like a packet or crisps. The "crisps" themselves are soft and small, they are in no way shape or from crispy, they are some sort of hybrid between raisins and dried fruit. The texture is a little strange in your mouth but soon turns into a lovely sweetness and the "crisps" themselves become chewy, not crunchy.Overall these are great snacks, but they are just misadvertised with the terminology of crisps and because of that did not satisfy my crisp craving at the time of opening.
