I need gluten free and much is made in a factory with gluten. It has been impossible to find since the Russian Ukraine invasion.

I have not used this yet, but as I have come to expect from AMAZON it arrived on time with no damage. I could not get this any where else. GOOD FOR the company that keep it in stock.. I will be using it to make some muffins.
