I’ve had these in my kitchen for a few years as I don’t like the look of plugs above the kitchen worktops, so I bought 4 more to baby proof lower sockets and will be buying more. My toddler is very strong he can’t get into them at all. Because he’s so strong I can’t rely on stick on covers so the fact that these click around the sockets themselves is great. Easy to install with a screw driver. They were a bit snug around a couple of my sockets but a little force and they snapped right on and are very sturdy. Easy to open but obviously not if you’re a toddler. The only reason I knocked a star off is because the gaps left for the cables don’t line up right so I had to soften the plastic with a lighter and cut a piece off with a Stanley knife, which was easy enough but a bit irritating to have to do. I think an open bottom would make more sense. Saw some other reviewers had to do the same. Showed in the photos what the bottom looks like and what I had to cut off. A couple of them don’t immediately lock and I have to give them a little bang to snap it shut.
