Only thing is that you only get 12 per pack and you do use them up quick enough as even if your baby does not pee on it the fibres do start coming up off the pad after a few uses as the baby clothes cause friction. More than just being absorbent, they are waterproof and have so far successfully contained both liquid and "solid" accidents. They're disposable and, given the waterproof nature, unlikely to be very biodegradable or environmentally friendly. They do make for a clean car/carpet/changing mat/clothes though and so probably save on a lot of washing and significant unpleasantness. They're quite expensive given that you only get 12 in a pack, but provided there aren't any accidents it's entirely possible to reuse them so its not quite as disposable as it may first seem. All things considered, worthwhile and we've already renewed our stock a couple of times, but usually from supermarkets where they tend to be half the price of desertcart.
