Having suffered for months I took some time to choose which orthotics to try after confirmed diagnosis, and didn't go for the cheapest. I am not regretting it one bit. At first the inserts felt a little strange as they gave support to the arch of the foot, where there had been little previously, but by day 2 they were almost undetectable in my shoes they were so comfortable. I like the fact you can move them to different shoes, I have tried pumps and knee high boots with equal comfort. Worth every penny in my opinion. Sizing was accurate too. I saw these were recommended for painful heels and decided to try them out.Strange when you first try them however, you soon get used to them and they are quite comfortable once you get used to walking straighter. They make you walk straighter as i was walking with my heels turned in a bit so this helps to stop that occurring.
