Review: Amazing for post surgery scar - Used this product on my 15 year old kid - post 8 weeks of wrist surgery - Scar about 2.5 inches long and definitely see suture line reduced in size and looks great! Worth it! No smell, No sickness. Cuts at as small as 1/2 inch with scissors or has perforated lining about 2in long for easy cutting without scissors. Perfect amount of thickness but feels like a thin flexible soft gel tape. Definitely doesn’t come off in shower. Peel off is easy with no redness. Recommended for anyone post surgical scars about 8 weeks out or completely healed.
Review: Works better than name brand material - My physical therapist advised buying the Scar Away to use on my scar from hand surgery, which I did. It does its job - the scar is much smoother and less pronounced when the scar sheet is worn. When I saw how quickly I would go through the number in the package, I wanted to try this more generic version for a lower cost. I found that the less expensive material is actually better. It comes in a large roll with some pre-defined division lines. It just so happens that if I cut off squares based on those faint lines, then cut that in half lengthwise, it is exactly what I need for my hand scar. An advantage of this material over the name brand is that the adhesive on this is stronger, so the strips stay on my skin much better. Note that they say one strip can stay on up to 10 days, but I doubt it will last that long, at least not on your hand. It will last at least until your next shower or bath. It can stand several hand washings during a day however without a problem. If you do a quick shower, it can last through that too. I do find that it will snag on objects (again, hard to avoid that on your hand), such as a stair bannister or a steering wheel. So, what I did is to buy some "disposable" cotton gloves, cut off the finger tips, and put that on my hand when I'm handling things. The cotton covers the scar sheet so it can't snag on things. Each cotton glove only costs 30 cents, so when it gets dirty or worn (~1-2 days) I throw it out and make a new one.

**Q: Can I use it with the scar cream?**
A: Sure, I usually apply the scar patch after applying the scar cream and let it dry, this does speed up the scar healing process.

**Q: How does this clear color scar patch stick?**
A: The scar sheet sticks really well. I'm working on a burn scar and it takes a long time to heal. But I do see progression. I'm also using silicone gel stick purchased from Walmart for daytime.  Silicone sheets can be used for multiple purposes - Great buy!

**Q: In the repeated use of, the adhesion is not so ideal, how do you solve it?**
A: I will use the hot air of the hair dryer to preheat the scar patch before each use, so that it can make it more firmly stick to my skin above

**Q: How do you think this one compares to the natural color?**
A: I have only used the clear but I like it’s subtleness. I think it would be challenging to find a “natural” color that matches everyone’s individual skin tone perfectly.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective and easy to use

I started using these on my tummy tuck scar about 3 months after surgery. 3 months was too soon so I had to let the scar heal better. Started using them again about 6 months after surgery. They stick on very well and don't come off even in the shower. After about a week of consistent use I already noticed my scar began to flatten. I will be purchasing more. Hoping it will actually help fade the scar.
