They do make a smaller size cartridge of about 3.5cms but I use them only for a calligraphy pen which will not take the standard size. I have not heard of or seen a 'Large' Waterman cartridge and suspect it is just another name for the Standard size. Hope this might help you.C. Like Waterman's pens they are top quality, never clogging or blotting.
