Make sure you seal it with a rubber band or clip otherwise it dries out. Also before you give it to your kitten, leave it out so it comes to room temperature or warm it ever so slightly. Cat(s) like it and one pouch easily feeds a small kitten. ONLY problem I have faced is that the box (or carton) is fully broken whenever it arrives (from handling by courier, I guess) but since the pouches are very strong, no product spillage is seen. It may be an idea to dispense away with the carton (altogether) for distant location shipment.
